Leyla Gallagher is the Founder and Managing Member of Continuum Capital. With hands-on experience inside complex family office environments, Leyla's professional background spans hospitality, marketing and client experience, where she developed a strong foundation in service standards, operational organization, and relationship management.
Within the family office structure, she focuses on the operational and administrative coordination that supports the family’s broader wealth infrastructure. Her role emphasizes discretion, continuity, and the thoughtful management of relationships across the family’s professional network.
Managing Director
Roger Gallagher is currently contracted as President and Investment Consultant of an exempt Single Family Office to support investment research, portfolio oversight, and long-term wealth structuring initiatives.
His role includes assisting the family office with investment analysis, coordination with external managers, and development of internal systems that help maintain clarity and continuity in the management of family capital.
Operations Manager

Jasleen Grace Batiller is the Operations Manager at Continuum Capital LLC, where she supports the company’s operational growth through strategic coordination, process management, and execution of key initiatives. She works closely with the team to improve workflows, manage projects, and ensure operational efficiency across various business functions.
With a strong focus on organization, communication, and problem-solving, Jasleen helps build the systems and structures needed to support Continuum Capital’s vision. Her role involves coordinating internal operations, supporting strategic projects, and ensuring that day-to-day activities align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Digital Business Manager
Melrose serves as the Digital Business Manager, overseeing digital operations, creative resources, and marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth and online presence. She manages social media creatives, digital assets, and marketing materials while helping ensure brand consistency across various platforms.
With a focus on digital strategy, content coordination, and process management, Melrose helps organize and optimize marketing workflows, support campaign execution, and develop digital resources that strengthen audience engagement and business objectives.
